Job Description
Construction Project Manager (Level I or II) responsible for managing projects from initial planning and estimating through construction and final closeout. The role involves coordinating day-to-day execution, supporting overall project delivery, and leading teams through all phases of project management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 4–7 years of construction project management experience with a degree or 10+ years of relevant experience without a degree
  • Experience working with subcontractors and/or self-performed scopes
  • Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices and project execution
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
