Job Description

Construction Project Manager (Level I or II) roles available for managing commercial, institutional, and public-sector projects, from initial planning to construction and final closeout. Roles involve coordinating day-to-day execution, supporting overall project delivery, and managing subcontractors and/or self-performed scopes.

Requirements

4–7 years of construction project management experience with a degree or 10+ years of relevant experience without a degree
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices and project execution
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software
Valid driver’s license with a clean record
Ability to work on active job sites, including climbing and lifting up to 50 lbs
