Job Description
We are hiring a Construction Project Manager to lead projects from preconstruction through completion. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in commercial interiors and has personally run crews.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
  • Prior hands-on experience in a self-perform trade (e.g., framing, drywall, interiors)
  • Proven experience directly managing self-perform crews
  • Experience building budgets from production rates
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Experience with Procore or similar tools
