Job Description
Aristeo is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee construction projects ranging from $500,000 to $50 million, ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance. As a Project Manager, you will lead complex projects and partner with superintendents to manage all aspects of the project.

Requirements

  • Prioritize safe work planning and partner with site safety leaders to identify and correct hazards
  • Establish and maintain the project plan and schedule, setting objectives and performance standards, and monitoring compliance
  • Manage financial aspects of the project, including projections, invoice processing, cash flow, profitability, self-perform and subcontractor costs, and ensure alignment with the budget while avoiding scope gaps
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep the project aligned with the plan
