Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience managing varied project types, scope, and duration.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Process-oriented and results-driven approach.
  • Understanding of highly integrated digital platforms.
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain and Logistics integrations (EDI, API).
  • Experience with Order Management Systems.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD practices.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodology.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms.
  • Knowledge of change management practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience creating/managing project plans, document repositories, risk registers, and other PM artifacts.
  • Highly Desirable: Experience in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry.
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain and Logistics best practices.
  • Experience in the pet food and/or health industry.
  • Product management and lifecycle experience.
  • Background in systems integration projects.
  • Service provider or solutions consulting experience.
  • Experience using defect/ticketing systems such as JIRA.
