We are currently hiring experienced Construction Project Managers to support our West Coast Field Operations team on military construction projects located in Monterey, California.
What You Will Do
This role is responsible for leading projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring successful execution while embodying RQ's Mission, Vision, and core values.

We are looking for experienced Construction Project Managers with a minimum of 2 years of experience managing commercial construction projects or equivalent, and at least 6 years of progressive construction industry experience in roles such as Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or comparable positions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing commercial construction projects or equivalent
- At least 6 years of progressive construction industry experience in roles such as Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or comparable positions
- Previous Design-Build project experience
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet-based applications
- Familiarity with Primavera P3/P6, Viewpoint, BIM, and Revit software
- CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30 certifications
- LEED Green Associate or Accredited Professional credentials
