Manage escalation tickets, track project milestones and budgets, identify and resolve project challenges, and provide updates to clients and leadership.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in cable/telecommunications construction and project management
- Previous experience managing escalation tickets
- Proven FTTx project management experience
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing contractors and multi-site construction projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience
- Prior supervisory or management experience
