Construction Project Manager- Special Projects

Requirements

• Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously (typically 3–7)
• Develop, maintain, and adjust project schedules and budgets
• Communicate consistently with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Build and support project estimates using historical data and project requirements
• Prepare, review, and manage subcontract agreements and scopes of work
• Track and manage project costs, including change orders, ensuring proper documentation
• Review drawings, specifications, and subcontractor proposals for accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate with field teams and subcontractors to resolve issues quickly and effectively
• Maintain organized project documentation including RFIs, submittals, schedules, and change orders
• Collaborate across field and office teams to drive successful project outcomes
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards and proactively address risks
• Maintain project performance targets including schedule adherence and cost control
• Travel to job sites as needed to support execution and coordination
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
