Construction Project Manager, Superintendent

As a Construction Project Manager, Superintendent, you will serve as a key liaison between internal technical teams and external stakeholders to define facility requirements and develop infrastructure solutions. You will lead the design and construction of new infrastructure projects, including managing the development of construction drawings, requests for proposals, competitive bidding, bid evaluations, subcontractor selections, subcontractor oversight, and construction management within Relativity’s Florida real estate portfolio.

What You Will Do

Manage infrastructure projects from design through construction completion. Develop and manage project documentation including construction drawings and bid packages. Lead competitive bidding processes and evaluate contractor proposals. Coordinate permitting and compliance with local and federal regulations. Oversee subcontractor activities to ensure schedule, quality, and budget targets are met.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, including field and management roles.
