Role Overview

The Construction Projects Consultant II - Design Project Manager will direct and manage major FCO Expense projects relating to new park development, renovation, restoration, and facility repair. The role requires strong professional design and project management skills to join the dynamic team of the Bureau of Design and Construction.

What You Will Do

The successful candidate will direct and manage administration to ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations of contractors, consulting architects, and engineers for the design and/or construction administration phase of their contract. They will inspect assigned projects to verify compliance with construction/bid documents and manage projects utilizing effective construction administration procedures.

They will be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, solve problems, and establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
