Role OverviewThe Construction Manager is responsible for end-to-end execution of construction projects across PT Solutions, including renovations, relocations, and de novo developments. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with internal departments to ensure projects are delivered in alignment with organizational objectives.

Manage end-to-end execution of assigned construction projects, partner cross-functionally with internal departments, oversee timely and accurate tracking, forecasting, and reporting, and ensure projects meet applicable regulatory and compliance standards.

Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Window-based applications
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations, including project permitting processes
- Ability to travel frequently up to 30% of the time
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in construction management, real estate development, or capital projects
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-site construction portfolios, including renovations, relocations, and ground-up development projects
- Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, contractors, and vendor relationships
- Experience working in a matrixed, cross-functional environment with responsibility for coordinating multiple internal stakeholders
