Construction Purchasing Manager

Requirements

• Manage end-to-end procurement and purchasing activities for construction projects.
• Source and negotiate with local vendors, subcontractors, and material suppliers across Arizona.
• Leverage existing supplier relationships and networks to improve pricing, lead times, and availability.
• Support procurement for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) materials and services.
• Review project requirements and coordinate purchasing schedules aligned with construction timelines.
• Issue purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure materials are received on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and operations to support project execution.
• Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supplier performance.
• Maintain vendor database, contracts, and procurement documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and project requirements.
