Role OverviewRQC, LLC is seeking a Construction Quality Control Manager to join their Field Operations team. The QC Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing a project-specific quality control program, executing its performance according to contract requirements, and cultivating customer satisfaction with the client.
What You Will Do
The QC Manager will work on-site and be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing a project-specific quality control program, executing its performance according to contract requirements, and completing administrative documentation on time.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 to 10 years' experience as a Project Manager, Superintendent, QC Manager, Project Engineer, or Construction Manager, with at least two years of continuous experience as a QC Manager required.
Requirements
- A graduate of a four year accredited college or university program within the discipline of Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Building Construction, or Building Science.
- A minimum 5 to 10 years' experience as a Project Manager, Superintendent, QC Manager, Project Engineer, or Construction Manager with at least two years of continuous experience as a QC Manager required.
- A current USACE CQM for Contractors Certificate (or equivalent) is required.
- Specialty inspection training and licenses/certs highly desired.
- LEED AP, AP+ or Green Associate (GA) Certificate preferred.
- Level 1 EM 385-1-1, CRP, First Aid, OSHA 30-hour certifications required. Training can be provided.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet, etc.) required.
- Specific software literacy (Viewpoint/Vista) preferred.
