Role OverviewTribal One Construction is seeking a full-time Quality Control Manager to join their team. The QCM will be responsible for verifying that quality standards are met on projects, creating and managing quality control plans, and working with project teams to ensure compliance with contract specifications and company standards.
What You Will Do
The QCM will create and manage quality control plans, work with project teams to support quality control related projects, read and understand complex contract specifications, and prepare and submit project reports and manuals.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field, with a minimum of five years' experience, and extensive knowledge of Resident Management System (RMS) 3.0. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field
- Minimum of five years' experience in construction management
- Extensive knowledge of Resident Management System (RMS) 3.0
- Contractor Quality Management for Contractors Certification
- Valid OSHA 10/30 certification
- Valid First Aid/CPR certification
- CQM USACE certificate
- Knowledgeable of EM 385-1-1
- US citizenship
- Valid driver's license
