Role Overview

We are seeking a detail driven and dependable Quality Control Project Manager to own the final stage of every project and protect the company at the finish line. This role ensures interior renovation, unit turn, and capital improvement projects are completed, documented, approved, and ready for final billing or turnover in accordance with O'Brien Interior Group’s quality standards, project specifications, and client expectations.

What You Will Do

Perform site inspections, develop and implement quality control programs, conduct quality audits, manage punch lists, verify scope completion, and serve as final closeout approver.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Construction Management
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in the construction industry
  • Strong computer skills, including advanced knowledge of Procore and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Creative, results-oriented, and self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a keen focus on accuracy, thoroughness, and timeliness
