Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Construction Quality Lead to support a major industrial construction project in Cheyenne, Wyoming. This role will provide quality leadership throughout construction, turnover, and commissioning phases while ensuring contractor compliance with project requirements, quality standards, and industry best practices.
What You Will Do
Lead and support construction quality activities across civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines, develop and implement project-specific quality plans and site quality processes, and monitor contractor compliance with project specifications and quality requirements.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Construction Quality, QA/QC, Field Engineering, Construction Management, or related project execution roles
- Experience supporting industrial, power generation, energy, manufacturing, petrochemical, infrastructure, or large commercial construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction quality processes, inspections, turnover, punch list management, and documentation control
- Experience working with contractors and multi-disciplinary construction teams
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
