Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Safety Manager to lead safety initiatives across active commercial construction projects throughout the Nashville area. This field-based role is responsible for promoting a proactive safety culture by conducting regular jobsite inspections, ensuring OSHA compliance, identifying and correcting hazards, and working closely with project teams to maintain the highest safety standards.
What You Will Do
Perform routine safety inspections, identify unsafe conditions, recommend corrective actions, and verify timely resolution of safety concerns. Partner with project managers, superintendents, foremen, and subcontractors to maintain safe work practices throughout all project phases.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Associate's degree in Construction, Engineering, Safety, or a related discipline with 2+ years of commercial construction safety experience
- Professional safety certification such as CHST, ASP, CSP, or equivalent with 3+ years of commercial construction safety experience
- 4+ years of commercial construction experience with 3+ years in a dedicated construction safety leadership role
