Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Construction Safety Manager to lead safety programs across commercial construction projects throughout the Nashville area. This field-based role is responsible for promoting a strong safety culture through regular jobsite inspections, OSHA compliance, hazard identification, safety training, and collaboration with project teams to ensure safe and efficient project execution.

Conduct routine safety inspections, identify unsafe conditions, partner with project teams, conduct incident investigations, deliver safety training, and maintain accurate records.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Associate's degree in Construction, Engineering, Safety, or a related discipline with 2+ years of commercial construction safety experience
- Professional safety certification such as CHST, ASP, CSP, or equivalent with 3+ years of commercial construction safety experience
- 4+ years of commercial construction experience with 3+ years in a dedicated construction safety leadership role
