Requirements

  • 2 years sales or account management experience preferred
  • 5 years of construction management experience
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, construction, or project management
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Minimal overnight travel required
  • Ability to develop and maintain a sales funnel
  • Aptitude to grow existing market share and be available during construction work hours
  • Coordinate all individuals involved in the building project
  • Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
  • Displays excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills
