Job Description
We are seeking a self-driven and motivated Construction Sales Consultant to increase market share within an assigned geographical territory, while cultivating new customers and developing relationships with long-standing customers. The role involves pre-sale responsibilities, such as prospecting, lead generation, and customer presentations, as well as post-sale project management. Successful candidates will have a strong desire to succeed, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to integrate various technologies into their day-to-day activities.

Requirements

  • 2 years sales or account management experience
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business, construction, or project management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Ability to develop and maintain an adequate sales funnel
  • Aptitude to grow existing market share and be readily available during construction relative work hours
  • Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
