What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include developing and coordinating project schedules, reviewing contractor schedules, performing Critical Path, Earned Value, and Time Impact Analyses, and analyzing project delays and potential claims.

Requirements
- 10+ years of project or program scheduling experience on large construction programs
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency with Primavera scheduling software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong knowledge of construction scheduling and cost-engineering principles
- Demonstrated experience performing Time Impact Analysis
- Experience with construction claims and change orders
