Role OverviewThe Loss Control Department is seeking a construction service consultant for the Southeast region. This position is responsible for risk management services and related activities for larger construction accounts. The consultant will help insureds mitigate construction risks to reduce or eliminate potential losses. This is a home-based, remote position that requires periodic travel for business and client meetings.
What You Will Do
Develop and coordinate construction-related risk mitigation plans, conduct jobsite visits, provide regular updates to stakeholders, develop and maintain positive relationships with insureds and representative agencies, and create detailed reports assessing risks within the construction industry.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Safety, Construction industry, or construction-related experience and training
- 4-5 years' experience within the construction industry
- Ability to conduct qualitative risk assessments
- Professional designations related to construction and/or construction safety
- Familiarity with risk transfer subcontract agreements
- Strong interpersonal, consultative, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently to accomplish goals
- Time management skills
- Proficiencies in Microsoft Office tools and related software
