Job Description
ProFormance Builder Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Siding Estimator to join our team. The Siding Estimator will play a crucial role in our organization by accurately estimating project costs and providing valuable insights to support decision-making across our siding and housewrap accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction estimating, specifically within residential or multi-family siding
  • Experience with James Hardie or LP SmartSide systems is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with industry estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, Planswift, or STACK)
  • Strong ability to interpret construction drawings, elevations, and scopes to produce precise cost estimates
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly to internal teams, builders, and clients
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, scope alignment, and risk mitigation
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across departments and maintain positive relationships with builders and vendors
