Construction Sr Project Manager - Healthcare

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7–20 years of progressive experience in commercial construction project management.
• Demonstrated success managing large-scale, complex construction projects.
• Experience with contract negotiation, subcontractor management, and change order administration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with project management and scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, industry standards, and market trends.
