Role OverviewWe're looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on a ground-up Corrosion Control Facility supporting a federal client. The project includes ground-up construction, administrative space, hangar space, multiple subcontracted scopes, and coordination across multiple trades.
What You Will Do
You'll lead day-to-day field operations, manage and coordinate multiple subcontractors and trades, drive the project schedule, and maintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsite.

Requirements
- Strong commercial construction Superintendent experience

- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Experience coordinating structural, architectural, and MEP scopes
- Strong field leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to hold subcontractors accountable while maintaining productive relationships
