Job Description
We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead our field operations, manage construction schedules and labor budgets, and direct and supervise field personnel and subcontractors. The successful candidate will have superior construction knowledge, excellent personnel management skills, and 8+ years of commercial construction experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or equivalent knowledge
  • 8+ years of experience as a manager of commercial construction activities
  • Experience in healthcare/pharma or higher education/k-12 markets preferred
  • Ability to travel within the state of Indiana
