Job Description
Connect Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to support commercial and industrial construction projects in a professional and fast-paced environment. The Construction Superintendent will oversee construction operations, coordinate with engineers and contractors, monitor project timelines and budgets, and ensure all work meets safety and compliance standards.

Requirements

  • Construction Management Degree preferred OR 10+ years of related construction experience
  • Certified Construction Manager experience preferred
  • Experience with construction estimating and scheduling software
  • Knowledge of commercial/industrial construction processes
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Valid Texas Driver’s License required
  • Must be able to pass background check and drug screen
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen for NASA badge access
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written
  • Williness to travel as needed
