Job Description
Construction Superintendent responsible for overall direction of field operations, completion schedules, and labor budget outcome of their construction project.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management or equivalent knowledge through commercial construction supervision experience
  • Experience in markets in which Pepper serves, healthcare/pharma or higher education/k-12 preferred
  • Significant experience with at least 8 years as a manager of commercial construction activities in the field
  • Willingness to travel in the state of Indiana
