Role OverviewAs a Construction Technical Adviser, you will assist the Project Manager during the construction phase of transportation design infrastructure projects—ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with design intent. You will assist with roadway, and heavy civil projects, coordinating teams to maintain schedule, cost, quality, and compliance while ensuring successful delivery and strong client outcomes.

Oversee construction activities for civil and transportation infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with project plans, specifications, and contract requirements. Monitor and manage project schedules, including CPM scheduling, sequencing, and critical path activities. Oversee construction budgets, cost tracking, and change management processes.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction engineering technology, construction management, or related field (or equivalent experience within civil engineering)
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM) licensure preferred but not required
- 7–10+ years of experience in heavy civil construction management and inspection, or related field within civil or transportation infrastructure
- Proven ability to oversee construction phase activities and manage field delivery of engineering projects
- Strong understanding of construction methods, engineering plans/specifications, contract administration, and QA/QC practices
- Experience with scheduling (CPM), cost control, and risk management processes
- Ability to be in the field, lead field teams, and coordinate across contractors, engineers, and clients
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage complex project environments
- Experience with roadway, bridge, or heavy civil construction projects is highly preferred
