Role OverviewAs a Construction Technician, you'll play a critical role in helping homeowners protect their homes through foundation repair, waterproofing, and crawl space solutions. You'll work with a high-performing team, travel to customer homes, and deliver high-quality workmanship using industry-leading products and proven installation methods.
What You Will Do
Install foundation repair systems, basement waterproofing solutions, sump pumps, and crawl space encapsulation products. Travel with your crew to customer homes and job sites throughout the area. Deliver high-quality workmanship using industry-leading products and proven installation methods.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company insurance requirements
- Ability to successfully complete all required pre-employment screenings, including background check, motor vehicle record review, and drug screening (where permitted by law)
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally, 50 lbs. frequently, and 35 lbs. continuously
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crawl, and perform physical labor throughout the workday
