What You Will Do
Assist welders, fabricators, and electricians with material handling and preparation, perform basic tasks including cutting, grinding, drilling, and cleaning/prepping materials, help with assembly and installation of finished products, assist with machine operations and equipment surveillance, load and unload materials, tools, and equipment, and follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.

Requirements
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools safely
- Willingness to learn welding, fabrication, electrical basics, and operator duties
- Able to bend over, kneel, and crouch for long periods of time
- Able to lift at least 50 lbs. regularly throughout the day
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass background checks, certifications, or compliance requirements
