Job Description
The Greenridge Group is seeking a seasoned Technology Project Manager to lead large, complex, and mission-critical technology initiatives as part of the District's capital construction program. This role sits at the intersection of IT, Facilities, and Construction, ensuring that advanced technology systems-network infrastructure, audiovisual environments, and physical security-are fully integrated into new and renovated campus facilities.

Requirements

  • Manage 15-20 concurrent technology projects, each with budgets of up to $100M
  • Lead coordination meetings with Architects, Low-voltage and IT consultants, MEP engineers, College Project Teams (CPTs), and District IT staff and system integrators
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and commissioning of physical security systems, audiovisual systems, and network infrastructure
  • Review and validate Division 27 and 28 designs, Shop drawings, RFIs, and submittals for technical accuracy and compliance
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies in coordination with construction managers and cost estimators
