Role OverviewThe Construction Trainee will assist in performing safe and effective installations following all Company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and PPE protocol while providing customers with a 5-star experience. The role involves working in a team environment, interacting with customers, and performing physical labor. The position is based in Richmond, VA, and requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
What You Will Do
The Construction Trainee will arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks, travel to customer's homes, demo existing baths/showers, install new tubs or pans, and update plumbing if needed. They will also clean up thoroughly, collect paperwork and payment, and return to the warehouse.
