Role Overview

The Construction Trainee will assist in performing safe and effective installations following all Company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and PPE protocol while providing customers with a 5-star experience. The position is part of a technology-driven and industry-leading home improvement company specializing in high-quality and convenient remodels of Bathrooms, Flooring, Windows, and Doors. The company operates in over 40 locations nationwide and is home to over 3,000 employees.

What You Will Do

The Construction Trainee will arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks, travel to customers' homes, greet them, and establish rapport, demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed, clean up thoroughly, collect paperwork and payment, and return to the warehouse.

Requirements

  • Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction – or a hunger to learn!
  • Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
  • Valid smart phone or smart device in order to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication
