Construction Transactions & Litigation Associate Attorney (Midlevel) job available at a highly respected Am Law 100 firm. Opportunity to work on sophisticated construction and design matters for a diverse client base across both transactional and litigation matters.

Requirements

  • Draft, review, and negotiate construction and design agreements
  • Advise clients on contract strategy, risk allocation, and project-related issues
  • Support and manage construction-related disputes, claims, and litigation matters
  • Work with commercial and public construction projects across a variety of industries
  • Handle agreements utilizing both custom and industry-standard forms, including AIA, AGC, and DBIA contracts
  • Collaborate closely with partners and clients on ongoing project and dispute matters
