Job Description
We are seeking a Construction Transactions & Litigation Associate Attorney to join our team. This role offers the chance to work on sophisticated construction and design matters for a diverse client base across both transactional and litigation matters.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience handling construction and design contracts and related litigation matters
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with AIA, AGC, and DBIA contract forms
  • Experience supporting or handling construction claims, disputes, or litigation
