Role OverviewThe Construction VDC Lead will serve as the onsite liaison between design teams, construction teams, subcontractors, delegated design partners, and field leadership. They will be responsible for ensuring digital models support construction execution, constructability, field coordination, and installation requirements. The Construction VDC Lead will provide onsite construction support, design and construction integration services, and model management and quality control.
What You Will Do
The Construction VDC Lead will be responsible for maintaining project model continuity throughout construction, performing BIM model quality reviews and constructability checks, supporting model updates required for construction execution, verifying models accurately represent approved design information, and identifying and resolving model issues impacting construction.

Requirements
- 8 years of hands-on Revit modeling and coordination experience
- 3 years of supporting active construction projects
- Experience working directly with subcontractors, superintendents, and field personnel
- Experience supporting delegated design coordination
- Advanced Autodesk Revit proficiency and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) experience
- Navisworks Manage experience
- Multi-discipline model coordination experience
- Strong understanding of construction means and methods
- Understanding of construction sequencing and installation practices
- Experience supporting RFI, submittal, and change management processes
- Ability to evaluate constructability and installation constraints
- Ability to independently troubleshoot and modify production models
