Job Description
We are looking for a Construction Worker - Carpenter to join our construction crews and employee owners. Salary is $21.00 to $23.00 per hour based on experience, with an additional $2000 bonus in the first year and quarterly bonuses during the first year of employment. Requirements

  • Building construction (post-frame), carpentry or framing experience preferred
  • Willingness to participate in and complete a training program
  • Valid driver's license preferred; Class A CDL highly desired
  • Ability to work 9-10 hours during peak construction season
  • Ability to take direction and produce quality work in an efficient manner
  • Willingness to maintain and operate construction tools in a safe and proper manner
  • Ability to operate specialized safety equipment efficiently and effectively
