Role OverviewUnder the guidance of a crew foreman, construction workers will learn and apply Morton Buildings' safety and construction procedures, methods, and standards. They will read, understand, and build according to construction plans, utilizing various tools and equipment to safely and efficiently construct buildings.
What You Will Do
Dig and install footings, frame walls and roof structures, install windows, doors, and siding materials, and finish with metal and wood trims. Work with other crew personnel in a safe and productive environment.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Preferred qualifications include building construction, carpentry, or framing experience. The position requires a valid driver's license, ability to take direction, and willingness to participate in a training program.

- Standard weight lifting requirements - 50 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 100 pounds
