Job Description
As a Distribution Planning Engineer focused on DER integration, you'll be at the forefront of evaluating, enabling, and managing the safe and reliable interconnection of DER across the power distribution system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in electric utility planning.
  • Proficiency in at least one of the following: CYME, Synergi, or ASPEN Power Flow.
  • Ability to travel up to 5% as required to support clients and projects.
  • FE/EIT required.
  • Experience with large-scale DER studies (1 MW-10 MW) including feasibility studies, system impact studies, energy storage, and cluster studies.
