Role OverviewJoin our team as a consultant dietitian to serve our long-term care community in Plano, TX. This is a flexible 8 hours/week opportunity with excellent pay.
What You Will Do
Complete clinical nutrition assessments, document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system, collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team, complete the MDS - Section K, calculate TF, and make recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes.
