Job Description
The Specialist II, Vendor Management, oversees and drives performance of CarMax Auto Finance contracted vendors, facilitating vendor onboarding and ensuring compliance with CarMax standards and laws. This role represents the interests of CarMax Auto Finance and ensures efficient and high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
Associates degree and/or 3+ years of experience in Vendor Management, Customer Service or related field
Strong problem solving / analytical skills to identify trends, recommend action and lead solutions
Proficient in MS office applications, particularly Excel
Able to travel up to 10%
