As a Consulting Associate, Federal Client, you will apply experience solving consulting problems for Federal clients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment on a high-performing team.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include taking full ownership of tasks and workstreams, managing Federal grant programs, analyzing business problems, creating high-quality work products, and leading and supporting projects.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Ideal candidates have at least 6 years of professional experience with at least 4 in consulting, grants management experience is a plus, and are interested in homeland security clients and emergency management.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of professional work experience
- 4 years of consulting and supervising experience or comparable analytical experience in a directly relevant business role
- Experience in large, complex Federal government or other nationwide programs with a preferred focus on grants and program management
- Proven to be flexible and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and complex work environment and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Outstanding written and oral communication and collaboration skills and strong leadership potential
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively remotely and in-person
- Technologically savvy, especially with Microsoft products and use of collaboration tools like SharePoint
- U.S. Citizenship only (no dual citizenship). Currently holds a Public Trust level clearance or have the ability to obtain and maintain a position of trust/Federal security clearance
