What You Will Do
Develop nursing care plans after completing patient evaluations and review of medical documents. Provide training to Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) on how to implement the nursing care plan and other relevant medical information.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Ability to travel into community for evaluations as needed. Completion of assigned CDS (College of Direct Support) trainings.

- NJ RN License
