Job Description
The Consumer Auto Specialist position is responsible for accurate and timely preparation of all Motor Vehicle loan documents, reviewing and evaluating member supplied information, and ensuring all credit requirements are collected and funding loan transactions.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/G.E.D. or equivalent
  • 4+ years' experience within a financial institution, credit union, or comparable service-oriented environment
  • 1+ years' experience supporting motor vehicle titling or lien perfecting processes
  • Knowledge of motor vehicle documents and requirements
  • Knowledge of auto loan products
  • Communication skills, including the ability to train others
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Ability to analyze member and state provided motor vehicle documentation
  • Computer skills to include Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Organized, detail oriented and ability to multi-task
  • Spanish Speaking (preferred)
