Job Description
The Consumer Banking-Risk & Operations Manager I will ensure the operational health, safety, and soundness of Consumer Banking Branches. This includes assisting with complex operational issues, implementation and execution of branch risk and controls inspections, and creating remediation plans.

Requirements

  • 3+ years retail banking experience
  • 3+ years leadership and coaching experience
  • Previous experience with multi-site leadership preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
