Job Description
As a Consumer Loan Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer support calls, managing outbound sales and collection calls, and completing full-cycle credit loan application processes. You will also be required to analyze credit and financial information for current and potential customers and maintain a cash drawer.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a sales position
  • High school diploma, bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to use various technologies and learn new programs
  • Complete functions in a timely manner while maintaining accuracy
