Role OverviewThe Contact Center Associate (Part-Time) is responsible for telephone recruiting, pre-screening, and scheduling donors for blood donations. This role is considered essential during severe weather or emergency operation events. The position is hybrid, with a mix of in-person and remote work.
What You Will Do
The Contact Center Associate will place outbound calls to current and potential donors, schedule appointments, and provide excellent customer service. They will also handle inbound calls, perform data entry, and maintain donor information. This role requires a high level of communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work on multiple tasks.
