Job Description
Contact Center Representative responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members of OnPoint Community Credit Union. Must be able to effectively handle high inbound call volume, provide solutions to complex inquiries, and maintain a high level of customer service.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred one year customer service experience
  • Application of basic computer skills
  • Must have Saturday availability
