Job Description
Join Insite and become a Contact Center Support Expert, providing customer service and troubleshooting support for Delta Faucet Company products. In this role, you will utilize critical thinking skills to deliver a 'Best in Class' approach to customer interactions.
Requirements
Must be 18 years or older
Availability to work Monday - Saturday 9 am - 6 pm
Ability to work in-office 100% of the time
Availability to work Saturdays and holidays
Superior customer service, patience, and communication skills
Comfortable with technology and possess the ability to navigate within multiple systems, multiple screens, etc.
Proficient typing skills
